Our Mission

Last year, your generosity helped us change the lives of families living in extreme poverty. Because of that success, our family is doubling down on our commitment to Guatemala for 2026.

This year, we are organizing two separate mission trips to build a total of 35 houses. Our goal is to raise $28,000, which covers 100% of the building materials (walls, roofs, and cement floors) for every single home.

Our mission goes beyond just building houses. Our goal is to form relationships and extend love and kindness to the community! Each new home will be dedicated with prayer, food, and gifts, bringing hope and joy to these families. We believe that a home is more than just a structure; it is a place where families can care for each other and feel secure.

Two Trips, One Goal

We have two specific targets to reach this year:

April 2026: A small team of 17 of mostly high schoolers, is heading down to build 12 houses durning Spring break. This trip will include traveling to the coastal area near San José where many families live in shelters built on an old dump site. We plan to build houses to provide a clean, solid foundation for these families to stand on.

August 2026: We are returning with a massive team of 38 people to build 23 houses. This will be our largest build yet, and we need your help to make it happen.

The Impact of Your Gift

In these communities, a house is more than just a structure. It is protection from the elements, security for children, and the dignity of a dry, cement floor rather than a dirt one.

The math is simple: $800 = One complete home.

$800 builds an entire house for a family.

$400 funds half a house.

$200 provides a roof.

$100 helps with the cement for the flooring.

100% Goes to the Houses

Our family manages this mission directly. Every dollar you donate goes straight toward the cost of materials ($800 per house). Our team members pay for their own flights, food, and lodging, ensuring that your gift is used exactly where it is needed most: for the families in Guatemala.
