Burke Restaurant Solutions

I have spent most of my life working in kitchens.  I have started 3 successful businesses and for the last 6  years  I have been the executive chef for two thriving restaurants in the Austin community.  Wherever I am working, I am always driven by my desire to create value for my customers. I am inspired by my love of food and people. Cooking for someone is an intimate relationship. My food feeds their body and spirit. I always keep in mind that my customers are hard working people, spending their hard earned dollars. I want to provide a dining experience that is special and that makes them feel special. 

Now I want to teach others how to create this value in their restaurants. I understand how it feels to operate a growing enterprise. Sometimes you need a helping hand.  Through Burke Restaurant Solutions, I will be that helping hand.

I am humbly asking for these funds to help me make the transition from chef to consultant.  As we moved from Memphis to Gunnison to Austin, my family has been blessed in too many ways to count. We have struggled and grown, and we are so grateful to all of our friends who have helped us along our journey.

This project begins now, because right now is all we have.
