Help Chris and Sam

On 22 September 2016, my nephew Chris was in Wilkes-Barre, PA, visiting family. While out to dinner, he suffered a seizure and was subsequently diagnosed with a "massive" brain tumor. Two days later, he was transported to Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. On Monday, 29 September, he underwent 7.5 hours of emergency brain surgery to remove the tumor.
The outpouring of support and prayers for Chris has been remarkable. I don't think we could have endured this ordeal without that support. Chris came through surgery with flying colors and is home recuperating.
And therein, lies a whole other problem. It will be at least 2 months before Chris can return to work. Due to the extended recovery period, his girlfriend Sam has had to cut back her work schedule to the very minimum, leaving them with little to no income. Chris will have medical bills that are not covered by his insurance. It's heartbreaking to think that he survived a very serious health crisis only to be faced with a financial crisis that could be devastating. His younger brother, Brian, and I agreed that we needed to find a way to help, beyond what we can do personally.
Many of you asked if you could help in any way. If you are so inclined, please spare a few dollars to help get Chris and Sam through this. It would mean so very much to the entire family.
Thank you all again.
