Help me pay for my life changing surgery

Hi friends,
On December 15th I will be undergoing full excision surgery for endometriosis and removal of a large cyst and fibroids.
For the last 15 years I have suffered from unexplained debilitating pain and chronic inflammation that has affected my personal and professional life, not to mention my mental well-being and self confidence, in profoundly detrimental ways. I have spent thousands in my pursuit to finding answers through countless tests, bloodwork, imaging sessions, doctors visits, specialist referrals, diets, and homeopathic alternatives. All to be gaslit and told there is nothing wrong with me, its all in my head, or just "gas pain".
Its impacted my ability to lift and carry groceries, to carry my work kit, luggage, exercising, running, jumping, dancing, and many more simple daily tasks and life joys that has really hindered my sense of independence and well being.
More often than not, it has forced me to cancel jobs, turn down jobs, and be bed ridden for a day or three depending on the severity of inflammation. It has a been an incredibly painful and lonely experience that endo sufferers know all too well. Many tears have been shed in both pain and despair for what was a hopeless cause for more than a decade of my life.
This disease is very misunderstood. Endometriosis research is underfunded relative to other diseases with high health care burdens. To put it simply, endometriosis is the growth of tissue within your abdominal cavity, usually starting on/around the uterus. This tissue can also start to tether your organs together. Yes, it can cause organs to stick together and/or become tangled. It can embed itself deep in your bowels, bladder, and other organs. It can also cause chronic abdominal inflammation in some patients (like me), which is also incredibly painful. The worst part is, it does not show up on imaging, which is why its so hard to diagnose. In the US and around the world, women go through an average 10 year process before being diagnosed with endometriosis. Some even longer, or are misdiagnosed and mis treated.
Right now, there is no cure. The best "remedy" is through full excision (complete removal of tissue). Along with hormone management, the return rate is around 10%. Pretty good chances of living a happy and normal life if you ask me.
Because of this, I had to seek out a highly qualified specialist (they are few and far between). I am fortunate enough to live in the NY metropolitan area where I have access to some of the worlds best medical professionals across many fields. Dr. Andrea Vidali will be doing my surgery. He is a world renowned excision specialist. To say I am grateful is an understatement. I am in excellent hands and looking forward to getting a new lease on life without pain, limited mobility, and despair.
This unfortunately leads me to the reality that I live in the USA, where the healthcare system along with insurance can be exploitative and frustrating, to say the least. Dr. Vidali is out of network and this necessary surgery will be paid for out of pocket.
I am asking for help to pay for this life-changing procedure that will give me my independence and life back and not set me back on my goals and dreams.
All donations raised will be used for paying of the surgeon fees, hospital facility fees, anesthesia, pathology, and medications necessary during my recovery.
The surgeon fee is 9750
The hospital facility fee, anesthesia, and pathology etc are expected to be around 8000
plus any medications.
The surgeon fee will be processed and paid in full one week before my surgery date. The facility fee will be sent to me after my surgery, which I will then know the exact total, as well as the medications.
If you’ve gotten this far, thank you for taking time to stop by and read about my situation. For anyone who donates, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you, thank you, thank you to anyone who shares and spreads the word in helping me raise money for my surgery.
