My name is Jon Bush and I have Stage IV Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer that has metastasized to the liver, bones, blood, and brain. I don't have long to live and there isn't anything conventional doctors can do to save me now.

I have been invited to participate in a clinical trial at the Cleveland Clinic for a new immunotherapy drug that could extend my life. It requires relocation there by July 25 to start treatment. I’m asking for any and all help on relocation costs!
