Anthony's medical expenses

This is my brother Anthony many of you may know him and some of you haven’t had the chance, yet. But I would like to tell you a little bit about him. Anthony is many of things. He is kind, funny, compassionate, giving, loyal, and a determined person. But most of all he is a lover of sports.

Just a few days ago during a softball game, my brother was in a freak ACCIDENT, while he was playing in a game. He was hit in the eye by a line drive while pitching. The ball had ruptured his eyeball, fractured his orbital socket, broke his jaw, and left some nerve damage. Even with insurance there is still a huge amount out of pocket.

So my family and I are asking our friends, family and community for help to cover some of the cost of the surgery expenses.

He has had surgery to try to save the eye ball but unfortunately the damage was too severe and now he will be needing to have surgery to remove the eyeball completely, and reconstructive surgery for the orbital socket, which will consist of a titanium mesh sling and two plates on the cheek bone where it's broken, And as he will be out of work for some time due to the surgeries and the many follow up doctor visits, anything you can donate will be greatly appreciated.
