Puppy Thrown From Car

Our department was contacted last night. The caller advised that a white Nissan Altima with no tag and red undercarriage lights had thrown a bag out of the car window. The caller noticed the bag moving and found that it contained a small puppy. The caller gave aid to the puppy and contacted police. Florence Animal Control Officers responded to the scene and took the puppy to receive care.
