Hi my name is Jessica and I am fundraising for my dad who has just received a kidney transplant. Unfortunately yesterday he suffered an heart attack whilst on dialysis trying to kick start his new kidney. The strain on his body has been huge and his just so strong. The staff at St V’s in Melbourne have been absolutely incredible and any further donations at this time will be used to support dad in his recovery and allowing us to have some precious time with him as he is 5 hours away from us. and others undergoing chemo and dialysis treatment. Dad is an incredible amputee in stage 4 kidney disease. Who just amazingly received a kidney. As a single mum and a nurse I do what I can but I would like to do more. thank you so much for reading.
