Roof for the Fair Haven Community Center
The Fair Haven Citizens Association (FHCA) owns and operates a building in the Fair Haven Community that serves as a meeting place, a polling place and an event hall. For the past several years, the building's needs were not able to be met by the community as the financial crisis forced residents to cut back.
However, with the election of a new board in September 2012, finances are looking up! We recently paid the deposit for the roof project to Gutter Ethics LLC and hope to begin the project as soon as July 2013.
The total cost of this project will be $11,200.00. The FHCA seeks to raise $2,000 to aid us in affording this project.
Please help us get closer to our goal of getting a new roof on this building and donate any amount you can spare today! Together, we can fulfill the vision of the Community Center's builders, the founding members of the FHCA, and all of the residents and community members who look at the Fair Haven Community Center building as an example of what being a community is all about!
