2023 Miss Achievement Scholarship Gala

Greetings,

My name is Asiyah Ali-Salahuddin and I am a first-generation, second-year student pursuing a degree in Retail Entrepreneurship with a minor in Psychology at Florida State University. I am honored to have been selected to participate in the 2023 Miss Achievement Scholarship Gala hosted by the "Award Winning" Theta Eta chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated. This experience is dedicated to providing young women the opportunity to develop critical skills professionally, socially, and personally.

Our famous motto "pressure makes diamonds" is something gala girls embody, and our participation time will reveal that. If fortunate and blessed enough to be crowned either Miss Achievement, Miss Theta Eta, or Miss Krimson and Kreme, I will strive to continue my work within the community and lead the next class with love, confidence, and an immense source of guidance. To complete my requirements, I must raise money as a step closer to pursuing a long desired goal. I will be striving to raise a goal of $1,911 to donate to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
