Tragically, on Wednesday, the community of Midlothian lost a most beloved friend, husband and father.  David Kahler will be remembered as a  loyal, quiet man that regularly went out of his way to help others, while still making time for his beautiful wife and daughter.

We are all in shock and disbelief and have a huge hole as this man's life filled such a gigantic space. We stand united as one with Aimee, David's young daughter Elizabeth and the rest of his family and mourn the loss of him, knowing that we will one day see him again.

Most of you know, David and Aimee lived a simple life. He would be the first to give the shirt off his back or lend you his last few dollars. This memorial fund is going directly to the Kahler family to help pay for the unexpected funeral costs and other financial challenges the family will face during this time.

It's time to dig deep and help this wonderful family.
