The Whole Elephant Institute was founded by Dr. Tongwen Wang in 2005 after her research laboratory was forcibly shut down by the former Governor of Washington State, Gary Locke, under the instruction of the Chinese Communist Party Leader Jiang Zemin's gang of persecutors against Falun Dafa (Falun Gong).
