The main object of the Trust (Shrewsbury House School, Shrewsbury House Pre-Preparatory School and The Rowans School), as set out in its Articles of Association, is to promote and provide for the advancement of education, including the provision of financial support to those who cannot afford to pay tuition fees. It also provides for and promotes the use of its facilities to develop education and recreation for the local community as well as to support other educational charities and local state schools.
