To provide homeless dogs in the Hudson Valley, NY a safe, permanent home. We are an all breed rescue whose focus is on canine rescue, re-homing and education for the local community. We present to schools, scouts, clubs and camps. We teach dog bite prevention where we bring Bleu to show the proper way to meet a dog. We utilize 100% volunteer and foster based families to provide temporary placement for dogs until a permanent home is found. All dogs entering the rescue are tested for temperament and safety. All canines are vetted with appropriate inoculations, spay and neutering as mandated by Agricultural Markets Law set forth in New York State. We will not import puppies/dogs from the south. We believe that there is a great need to serve locally. We also advocate for the 'Bully' breeds.
