Have you had a dream which takes so long to come true?

I know a little about it. I am Vihaan, 9 years old, unable to talk, and I communicate through writing. I have been waiting 9 years and counting to be able to talk. But there are so many cool kids with limb disabilities in developing nations who need not wait to have a shot at mobility. A very small contribution can bring a long lasting change for these kids providing simple tools like Prosthetic limbs, Orthotics braces and custom fitted wheelchairs.
