Hi, I am ZeosPantera and I Run the YouTube Channel Z Reviews and the newly launched Buying Guide / Forums Site HiFiGuides.com. Together with a few close friends like DMS3tv we are trying to fund a dream. Having a place to show off ACTUALLY AFFORDABLE, completely world class, undeniably amazing audio gear, at one of the most prestigious and increasingly-extravagant shows on earth.. the Rocky Mountain Audio Fest (RMAF)
The Presidential suite on the 9th floor (Room 9-105) at the Gaylord Convention Center, September 6-8, 2019 in Denver Colorado

The Room Cost alone is $13,500, Which does not include...
>Additional rooms to stay in while the show is going on (2 Rooms for 4 nights).
>Air-fare for several people (3-5 depending) needs to be purchased well ahead of time.
>A truck rental and gasoline to move all equipment across the country (Yes, you have to drive it there and back. Probably from Tennessee).
>Life sustaining food will be needed(Twin peaks?). Free drinks/snacks to offer to room visitors.
>Arranging for show rentals (displays, projectors, lighting, power, etc) (If we do plants it is for the lulz).
>Printing banners, building acoustic treatments, buying speaker stands, preparing merch / gifts, possibly hiring staff to help with Setup/tear-down unless volunteers are found. Any Local Volunteers?

A full breakdown of costs, being as transparent as possible are coming once I know what they actually are. Will keep you updated throughout the process either through updates here, twitter posts or videos on my main or side channel.

The plan is to continue to contact companies that normally could never get their own room at RMAF (Edifier, Swan, Ohm, Micca, Crown, IK Multimedia, etc) and see if they want to sponsor the room with equipment or with funding of this campaign. (Klipsch, JDS-Labs and others have already agreed!) If those companies cannot provide the items we request, we will simply purchase them straight up with this funding. So the more we collect over the $25,000 mark the more items we get to bring, play with and sell or give-a-way.
ALSO, any Additional funding generated beyond the costs of this trip will go towards improvements and upgrades to the HiFiGuides Website/Forums!

If we buy a ton of gear and can't store it, we will likely try to sell it the last day of RMAF for 50% of whatever we paid and use that money to upgrade the website as well.
There will also be several no-purchase necessary giveaways throughout the show. A donation to this Go-Fund-Me will automatically enter you to win those give-a-ways while people there in person can take tickets or enter their info on a tablet.

We have until September to raise as much as possible but I have already committed to that room and will start paying NOW. That $25k mark is a calculated guess and probably a low one. The actual cost won't be known until it is all over but this should be enough to take the sting out of the upfront contributions from my savings account ;(

My hope is to entice the Younger generation of audiophiles out to these shows. People that know what "an instagram" is. People who have to fly coach wearing TIN T2 's. People who's lives could be made better by hearing a million dollar setup that only costs a thousand. This is the time of Audiophile's on a budget and I want people to know they can afford their dreams.
Success will be measured by how many people I can bring to tearsin this room, listening to their favorite track. If I can do that I have done my job and it was all worth it.
