Over the past few months we have been busy on the build of the school. We have had some amazing feedback and help from many people who have donated or help find funds.

One of our excursions was to Cyndicut FM with DJ Charge, Just Jones and Taylor Dee This was for a fund raising radio show. The guys at the station raised over £200 which was sent to complete some of the school rendering.

Another trip took us up to Warrington for another fund raiser run by Jamie Allen. The OldSkool rave night featured Slipmatt and Jon the Dentist who played an amazing techno trance set. I personally was very impressed. The night was a great success and again raised over £200 towards our school and another £200 plus for the Memusi Foundation. I was asked to sign a record on the night which I thought was for a collector but they auctioned it off to the highest bidder making again more money in the process (Good move)

Over the Christmas period we had an influx of donations which I will be sending very soon to Gambia, to install some of the electrics and plumbing.

All in all we are getting closer and I'm getting very excited. I cant wait to see the finished product.

We cannot forget the two young girls who will be attending University very soon. We have just about enough now thanks to a very generous woman from my home town of Nottingham. Thanks Tasmin Yates. I will update you all soon about this.
