My Name is Toni Nicholson. My friend Jamie Morris and I are here to help Sam Houston get back on his feet after another run in with a natural disaster...The flood in Louisiana!
Sam Houston is a wrestler who entertained us for many years in the 80's and 90's and still to this day. He has traveled around the world with many wrestling superstars putting his body on the line for us all. His life took a twist many years ago when the disastrous Hurricane Katrina hit the area where he lived in Louisiana... and he lost everything! He kept his head held high and picked up the pieces and over the next several years slowly but surely rebooted his life back into something somewhat normal. Over the next several years he visited children's hospitals, visited the troops, Spoke in churches and substance and alcohol abuse centers while keeping himself in shape and continuing to wrestle and make wrestling appearances.
Now again in 2016 he has faced the disastrous
floods in Louisiana again and lost everything again to include his home. Yet he stayed there long enough to help rescue others despite his loss.
Weather you know Sam as a Personal friend or a fan or both, You know he has a heart of Gold. He is the type that would take his shirt off for anyone and ask for nothing in return.
Sam is a person with a kind generous soul, he always gave hope to the hopeless and always gave back to many people in different communities. Sam was never a person to turn anyone away andhis love and devotion has gone afar.
