Medical Care for Hope

Hope is the name we've given this sweet survivor. She is a stray who was on the back porch of a kind stranger. She was let in and went to a corner and went to sleep. Feeling safe it seems for the first time. Hope is sweet, gentle and of course every time a hand is raised to pet her, she wonders if she’ll be hit instead but is gaining trust.
     Hope has cigarette burns on her body, and eye which is swollen, is emaciated and who knows what else internally.
     Our rescue is raising funds to take care of her much needed medical needs, transportation to VT so she won’t enter a S.C. kill shelter, vet check, shots, heartworm check, flea treatment, food and spay.
     If you believe like I do that Hope, (name chosen that there are kind people in our world she has not yet met) deserves a chance at a warm, safe place in our world, and you’d like to be a part of knowing you made a difference in her recovery, then Hope will be eternally grateful.
