My name is Ruby Quijada and I’m a friend of Brian Mukisa, organizer of the KidHope foundation. Learning about their situation in Uganda I learned that they have a failed governmental system. There are no provided safety nets for the less fortunate . Woman and children are scarce in agriculture , job opportunities, and communal help . This GoFundMe is to expand the help KidHope organization has and provide them with the safety net of their own land . They can build wealth through providing their community with an abundant food source . Not many know this, however many homeless kids in Uganda get fatally sick just sleeping in the shelters provided for them. Every homeless person is in need of shelter and food. We need to think of long term solutions to homelessness. Help Brian and his Organization KidHope get farm land to sustain the next bright generations to come.

This GoFundMe started by coming across my good friend Brian, who has an online organization called Kids Hope Charity. This charity is a Ugandan organization that helps orphaned children get proper education, food, healthcare, and clothing. Getting the basic necessities we have an easier time accessing! I learned through communicating with them that they rarely got donations because they reach so many accounts on the social media platform Instagram. For those that don’t know, Uganda is under a dictatorship like other corrupt countries operate. Capitalism is debilitating their societies from a stable economy and a proper agriculture system. Food and shelter have large disparities as well. Homeless people make up a large population due to these conditions. It is less of a social norm to give back to their needing society because most of the society is sparse in resources. Unfortunately, this resembles a lot of what is happening in America; as an American, I can attest to this. However, with our countries' standings in these issues, I know our country and others are able and willing to give back. Let’s become better global citizens. We treat each other based on how we all deserve to be treated, given a fair shot at life! Everything donated will be given straight to this foundation. If you can’t donate that’s understandable! My name is Ruby Quijada. I came across my friend Brian, who is an organizer for KidHope Charity. This organization aids Ugandan and South Sudanese children in need of food, clothes, medications, hygiene products, school supplies, and tuition fees to over 120 children from 1-17 years. Essentially, the proceeds are to invest in our impoverished youth who face circumstantial obstacles, in hopes of the children becoming the change we want. Food scarcity is the top leading problem in our world. As we manipulate resources in our countries, other countries don’t have financial access to basic necessities. This year, we must look at other countries and treat it as if it were our own. Every country deserves sound infrastructure, stable agriculture, equal resource distribution, and ethical governance. I encourage you to spread this information through videos and links, as well as invest a monthly contribution of at least 5 dollars.
