<div>AMK Krav Maga is running a 24-Hour Krav Maga Marathon: a continuous endurance training event where our students will take on 24 hours on the mats.

<div>This is not a normal training session. It is a physical and mental endurance challenge designed to push participants beyond their comfort zone while raising funds to strengthen the safety and capability of our club.
</div>

</div>
<div>We are raising funds to invest in essential safety and training equipment, including a defibrillator (AED), crash mats, and other key resources that directly improve the training environment.
</div>

</div>
<div>Our club teaches children from age 3 upwards and we have dedicated classes for Children, Teens, Adults and Ladies. With members ranging from age 3 to in their seventies what we do makes a real difference to the quality of peoples lives and the city we live in. 
</div>

<div>What we teach is about real world self defence, resilience, and responsibility. We expect a high standard from our members, and this event reflects that mindset. Participants are committing to the challenge by fundraising and earning their place through effort and accountability.

<div>This fundraiser supports the infrastructure behind the training, the equipment and safety measures that protect the people on the mats every day.

It says [matɾi baʃa]~'matribhasha' <em>maternal/native language</em> in the Siloti/Syloti/Sylheti Nagri script, carved in suar, a.k.a. 'monkey pod' or 'rain tree' wood. It measures roughly 16" long by 9" high (about 40cm x 23cm).
