 I’m Megan, and in my early twenties I was in an abusive relationship that lasted several years. He forced me to engage in sexual acts with himself and with others. He hit me and endangered my life. When I finally got away, his last revenge was to post a fake LinkedIn profile of me, telling lies and showing a photo of me being forced to do a sexual act. For the last ten years, I’ve been trying to get LinkedIn to take it down, but they always said it wasn’t against their policy and I should contact the person who made it (not a good idea).

</div>

<div>
 <br />

</div>

<div>
 After another failed attempt, I made a post on Threads. I didn’t think much would come of it, but people rallied and the profile got taken down. But it was done quietly behind the scenes. No apology. No accountability. And the people behind me found something new to rally for. I’m left with the trauma of reliving this experience so loudly. I’m not functioning, I’m too sick to work, and I’ve lost my income. The photo is still a search result on Google, which still affects me and any job prospects.

</div>

<div>
 <br />

</div>

<div>
 <strong>More than anything, I want time to rest. Some time to heal and truly take my life back, without the threat of bankruptcy always over my head.</strong> I’m tired of running and trying to forget. If my abuser can’t be held accountable, and these companies can’t be held accountable, I just want time to find myself beyond the trauma.

</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>These words from Taylor Swift say what I’m trying to in fewer words: “<span>Give me back my girlhood, it was mine first.”</span>

Help Meg Heal from Sexual Trauma and Move Forward

<div>
 Hi my loves,
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 For the last 9 months, I’ve had to go on disability and stop everything. From work, to creating content (which I’m trying to return to slowly), to acting and activism.
</div>
<div>
 Everything had to be paused, including the things I love. And while I know I’m lucky that I still have a roof over my head right now, I’m really struggling.
</div>
<div>
 Treatments have yet to yield results. That means that on most days, I’m stuck at home and unable to even get out of bed. Though I’m keeping some hope with doctors who are listening to me.
</div>
<div>
 But in the meantime, it means I can’t go back to work yet.
</div>
<div>
 On top of that, one potential treatment route that could yield enough results for me to at least partially resume things was locked behind the private route. Meaning I had to pay out of pocket to do it, to the tune of over 6000$.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 I’m trying to find avenues to get financial support, but I currently don’t have anything concrete just yet. Which is why I’m turning to asking for help.
</div>
<div>
 If you can and are able to, I’d be incredibly grateful for your help. You’ll help me stay afloat and pay some of the medical expenses I’ve incurred over the last few months, and potentially even help me with the one treatment that I think is doing a lot of good.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 I just want to return to a semblance of a normal life. So thank you for reading this and considering helping me get through this.
</div>
<div>
 <br>
</div>
<div>
 From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much
</div>

Help me get back on my feet

<div>Hey my loves! My name is Alice.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I’m a trans woman living in Canada and I spend my days between work, activism, and acting.
</div>
<div>My activism takes up most, if not all, of my free time. Unfortunately, it doesn’t pay. I take it to heart and I’ll never stop. But that does mean, in a world where trans people don’t get their needs met, I have to find a way to still fund my last surgery somehow.
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/89750471_1742583716793921_r.jpeg" width="100%" />
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I just found out my new insurance covers part of my gender affirming surgery, but only up to a certain extent. And to keep the estimated price and reserve a spot, I need to put in a deposit of 25% minimum.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The surgery is a BBL, and it costs between 18 000$ and 28 000$ (taxes included).
</div>
<div>I’m still waiting to hear how much my insurance will be willing to cover. I’ve submitted the estimates and paperwork, but I’m waiting on their answer. The maximum covered would be 15 000$, but that’s IF they want to give that 15K and we all know how insurances tend to be about that.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>So this means I have to find a way to raise (at best if they authorize the full 15K$) between 4.5K$ to 13K$.
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/89750471_1742583764195946_r.jpeg" width="100%" />
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I’ve hesitated asking for help because so many of my community is currently struggling given everything that’s going on against us. I generally don’t ask for any financial support online, but I figured maybe just this once.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you can, and only if you can, I’d be so grateful for your help
</div>
<div>Times are tough so if you can’t, may I ask that you share it with people you know and love?
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you so much for reading this and thank you for considering supporting my journey. I’m immensely grateful to all of you who have been supporting my activism and content this far. And I’m thankful for all of you who are helping here today.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Sending you all so much love
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your trans sister,

My Last Gender Affirming Surgery!

<div>My name is Meaghan Rush. My husband James and I have been together for 12 years this August and we have three girls together, ages 9, 7, and 5. We are in urgent need of support for keeping our home, having fallen behind three months on our mortgage due to his work slowing down during the winter and the rising cost of living; our monthly in 2018 started at $1100 and has risen to $1578/mo.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My husband works full time for a gutter construction company and I have been unable to work since September when our youngest had to be withdrawn to try kindergarten again this fall. Our middle daughter is nonverbal and diagnosed medically as level 3 on the autism spectrum. She cannot go to daycare after school for liability reasons and we do not have family who are able to help watch her. I went through the process of trying to receive assistance for her through SSDI for over six months last year. The answer came to us that while she is medically disabled, we were denied by being just over the income bracket.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My husband and I share one vehicle, with me taking him to work with the girls sleepily riding along and picking him up in the evenings, leading to further complications with my finding jobs that will work with his work schedule and the children in school.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In order to bring our mortgage current, we will have to pay $5,800.77 by the end of May, or we move into foreclosure proceedings territory. I believe they would accept two months of payments, which means our minimum is $3,012.41.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My husband and I each grew up in apartments and constantly moving. This is the longest we’ve ever lived in one home and we’ve raised our daughters here with the kind of childhood we had hoped they would have. It would break my heart to lose our home, but it would absolutely devastate our daughters.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you can donate, please help support us during this difficult period in our lives and help us keep our home. If you’re unable, please share and post to help get our gofundme out there. I appreciate this more than any of you will ever know.

Help the Rush Family Keep Their Home

My dog, Zeni, is currently in emergency surgery for bloat—a sudden and life-threatening condition that affects barrel-chested dogs. Bloat happens when the stomach fills with gas, fluid, or food and twists on itself, causing severe pain and requiring immediate medical attention. This has been a terrifying experience, and I am doing everything I can to give Zeni the best chance at recovery.
<br>
<br>
 The funds raised will go directly toward paying for Zeni’s emergency surgery, her follow-up care, medications for home, and any additional expenses that may arise during her recovery. This is Zeni’s second medical emergency in the past year, and the costs are overwhelming. As a single mom of two kids, I haven’t been working so I can pursue school full time, which means my resources are very limited. I am in a vulnerable situation and know that everyone is struggling to get by right now.
<br>
<br>
 Anything you can contribute would help ease this heavy burden and give Zeni the support she needs to heal. I would be forever grateful for your kindness and generosity during this difficult time. Thank you for considering helping Zeni and our family.

Help Zeni Recover from Emergency Surgery

<div>Hello, my name is Tamara and <strong>I’m urgently seeking support to fund a $3,500 legal fee to defend myself against an unjust Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) in New Jersey.</strong>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>After ending a three-year relationship with my ex-boyfriend in Bayonne, NJ, I became the target of a retaliatory TRO full of false and contextless claims. Since our breakup, I moved out of fear and have not lived at my mother’s address, though my ex used it on court papers to mislead the process. The county sheriff keeps trying to serve me at my mom’s address, but I live out of state and cannot retrieve these papers—leaving me stranded and unable to defend myself without an attorney.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>My ex’s history includes cheating, lying, financial manipulation, emotional gaslighting, and physical abuse (which I’ve documented through texts and witnesses). When I left the relationship, I was harassed and stalked, and later received disturbing phone calls from strangers linked to my ex. I have not seen or contacted my ex since February; instead, I’ve been threatened with legal action intent on silencing and intimidating me.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div><strong>I desperately need a New Jersey attorney to represent me and file the necessary motions to dismiss the fraudulent TRO, counter false allegations, and ensure my safety.</strong> LegalShield has quoted me a reduced $3,500 fee to take my case, but I simply cannot afford the cost. Without help, I cannot defend myself and might suffer lasting harm to my reputation, finances, and emotional well-being.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Your donation will go directly to these urgent legal expenses. Any contribution helps me fight for truth, justice, and my right to live in peace without being punished by my abuser’s misuse of the legal system.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Thank you for reading, sharing, and supporting my fight for freedom and safety.

Help Tamara Fight Unjust Harassment from Abusive Ex

Hello, my name is Ryan, and I’m humbly reaching out for your support.

I’ve dedicated much of my life to helping others, working with children and adults with disabilities, volunteering with FEMA to support families in crisis, and organizing for communities in need. Today, I find myself facing a challenge I cannot overcome alone.

I had surgery in the past to remove brain tumors. Unfortunately, the tumors have returned, and I am now diagnosed with stage 2 cancerous tumors. The pressure from the tumors has caused nosebleeds and ear bleeding, and I urgently need another surgery this October (2025).

I have been on my own since losing my mom in 2014. I’ve never asked for help before, so this is very difficult for me, but I know I cannot face this alone.

I am currently in New York, working with children and adults with disabilities as much as I can despite my health. But with rent, bills, and medical expenses, I cannot afford the full cost of surgery and recovery on my own.

I am raising $5,000 to cover my treatment and recovery costs. Here’s how the funds will be used:
	•	Surgery co-pay: $2,500
	•	Post-op care, food, and transportation: $1,000
	•	Medical supplies, medications, and incidentals: $1,500

Every donation, no matter the size, will directly help me receive the treatment I need to survive and have a better quality of life. Your prayers, shares, and support mean the world to me.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

 Ryan
