Carla Moreau, daughter of the late Herman and Carol Deshotel from Soileau, has recently undergone CAR T-cell Therapy (Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-cell therapy) at Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans. This advanced treatment is being used to help diffuse the Large B-Cell Lymphoma Cancer she is fighting. The therapy requires Carla to remain in the hospital for at least two weeks, and even after her release, she will need to return for follow-up appointments several times over the next few months. The ongoing travel between Soileau and New Orleans is both physically and financially demanding. The costs of gas, food, and lodging quickly add up, especially as Carla and her loved ones make repeated trips to ensure she receives the best care possible. This fundraiser is intended to help ease the burden for Carla and those who support her, so they can focus on her recovery without worrying about these expenses. We are grateful for any support you can offer to help Carla and her family during this difficult time. Your generosity will make a real difference in her journey toward recovery. Thank you for standing with Carla and showing her that she is not alone.
