Justice for Eriq

After six years of waiting, we received news that the trial is set to begin this month for my son, Eriq Escalon. We are now one step closer to receiving the justice and closure our family has been waiting for.  The trial is set to start this month and is expected to last approximately three weeks.  I will need to stay in San Francisco during this time so I can be present to see my son, Eriq, receive the justice he deserves. As you know, Eriq has a younger sister, Julissa, and I will leave her in Fresno and will need to make necessary arrangements for her care as well. Receiving news of the trial has had an emotinal impact on our family; however, through this all, I know that I have to be present for my son. I would truly appreciate any support during time. I would love nothing more than to be present to see my son receive the justice he deserves, and worry about the finanical impact this will have on my family.  Thank you again for all the support and love you given us during the last year six. #JusticeforEriq
