Help Us Save Our Puppy

Hi, my name is Alyssa Stomber and this is my puppy, Memphis. He is a little over a year old and has recently gotten sick within the past few days. We found out that he needs emergency surgery for a hernia that needs to be fixed and his bowels are pushing through a hole in his chest cavity but we do not have all of the money needed. We were given the option to give him back to the place we adopted him from but he is well acclimated with our family as we got him when he was only a few weeks old. The only other option is to put him down which we do not want to do. If you could please help us out in any way to save our puppy we would really appreciate it. Thank you so much.
