Help With Medical Support

Hi, my name is Dawn Troutman. I'm 49 years old and I work as a nurse. I work caring for our service members and their families and I also work caring for my community's elderly population. I have recently been diagnosed with synovial sarcoma, a rare and aggressive cancer and I now have to receive immediate chemotherapy treatment to increase my life longevity. I reside in RI and have to receive treatment for this rare form of cancer in Boston and can use some support with medical bills, transportation, lodging, and meals.
