WeStar Four Seasons Concert Series

WeStar Four Seasons concert series will be in notable venues in the metropolitan Boston area every season, focusing on the fusion of Chinese and western music. It is incredibly unique to feature top American musicians playing improvisational variations of famous Chinese songs like "Wild Geese" "Jasmine Flower" "999 Roses" "Butterfly" and others. The lineup of musicians for the concert series includes Professor Yibing Chu, China's most famous cellist; Professor Utar Artun, a renowned American pianist and a voter for Grammy Award; Yimiao Chen, a prominent young erhu performer in China; Mr. Cory Pesaturo, a worldwide famous accordionist with World Championships on acoustic, digital & jazz accordions, and other outstanding musicians from the USA or Asia.

WeStar Four Seasons concert series aims to integrate the eastern and western music arts and promote the characteristics of eastern music and the diversity of western music. It will indeed have a lasting and far-reaching impact in the greater Boston area and even major metropolitan cities in the United States. At present, the audience capacity of each concert is 820 people, and the performance venue is contracted to a famous music hall in the region. The show will be organized for public welfare and entertainment. It is freely accessible to teenagers under 18 and seniors over 65, and low-fare tickets are charged for adult music lovers between 18 and 65. The audience is mainly concentrated in the most affluent towns in the greater Boston area, with music-loving young students and their parents and elders. It is estimated that Chinese American account for 50% and local other ethnic groups account for 50%. We will also invite the leaders of the Conservatory of Music, famous professors, famous musicians, famous entrepreneurs, and other celebrities to participate in the concerts as guests and critics.
