Kitten Incubator and O2 Generator

Weeble and Friends and her mom and partner Colorado Kitten Foster always pick up the most critical kittens and young cats at the shelter. We have been working with home-made incubators, but temperature control, humidity, oxygen and sterilization have always been a problem. The smallest of the small, and the most critical kittens we bring in are SO fragile, access to an incubator would be a new life-saving tool. We are also fundraising for an oxygen generator to go with the incubator to give the babies the best chance they can. 

We would share this incubator, with the use going to the most critical kittens until they are strong enough to be in the climate controlled foster rooms.

In the past, we have had many kittens who would have benefited from the use of the incubator, like the premature orphans Weeble and Friends had last summer, the Monet kittens Claude and Poppy. Keeping the temperature constant for them with a steady flow of oxygen in the home-made incubator made from a plastic tub was very difficult!

Most recently, Archibebes would have really benefited from having access to the incubator when he was so ill with an upper respiratory infection, eye infection, and aggressive virus. If you follow on Instagram, you see how many sick babies we take in. 

We cannot save them all, but we can save more with the incubator and O2 generator, and bring comfort to the ones we cannot save.
