Volunteering wildlife experience in Namibia

Hi, my name is Alisha Lackenby a 4th year Veterinary Nursing Student at Hartpury University. I am undertaking a volunteering module and have chosen this sanctuary to work with for 2 weeks, for part of this I need to fundraise! Any little helps and is massively appreciated!

Whilst I am here I will be assisting the Veterinary Surgeons by capturing and anaesthetising the local wildlife for health checks and procedures. Helping with emergencies and so much more. I am extremely excited for this opportunity and to learn so much and further expand my veterinary knowledge and make a positive impact on the welfare and conservation of the native animals.

The funds raised here will be going towards my volunteering fees, flights and key vaccinations. The company is called Totally Travel and runs many programmes all over the world.
