VEGO is a Vegan and Vegetarian Food Truck located in downtown Puyallup. Our daily address is 203 W PIONEER PUYALLUP, WA 98371. We offer Vegan & Vegetarian Burgers, Hotdogs, Tacos, and Salad bowls. Our goal is to provide healthy Vegan and Vegetarian food for our community while educating people on the numerous benefits of a Plant-based Lifestyle.
Vego was created by three African-American best friends who started their Plant-Based Lifestyle together 4 years ago. They soon found out there was a lack of Vegan and Vegetarian options available in their area. After 2 years of saving money and working on different menu items, VEGO was born June 2019. We have created a fun and exciting Vegan and Vegetarian Food Experience on the go. Some of our most popular menu items are our Beef-Less Tacos, and Vego Impossible Burgers. Summer of 2019 we competed at the Washington State Battle of the Burger and tied for first place as the only vegan competitors. We take pride in fresh quality food made daily, along with our 5 star customer service. We have done many festivals and catering events around the Tacoma and Seattle area up until the Covid-19 Pandemic hit our state, and that is why we are asking for your help.
We are staring a GoFund me to donate food to our local Health Hero's fighting on the front lines to keep us safe and healthy. We plan to donate food to Hospitals, Firefighters, Police, EMT's, Banks, Grocery Stores, and other Essential workers in the Puyallup and Tacoma region.
We appreciate all the love and support and we all will get through these tough times together.
