Valais Lamb with disabled legs

Hello! I am Amanda, the founder of Severn Valley Rescue, charity 1138874.

We have just taken in the most beautiful Valais Lamb called Bow and her brother Boris.

Bow has very weak and bent back legs, and we need to investigate why, and if there’s anything that can be done to help her.

The farmer has tried to support one of her legs by putting insulation pipe around it, and this seems to have given the leg some added strength, but ideally we need to get a full assessment and possibly x-Rays to see what’s going on.
