Since our last batch of donations Muhammad and his family have gone through hardships that make it difficult to live by. The harsh weather conditions currently in Gaza and the scarcity of goods currently being sold has set pricing of food and medicine at an ultimate high. Your donations help the large family tremendously as they go back to their home and begin to rebuild life in the Gaza strip. Finally, the month of Ramadan is upon us so please know that your contributions/help is greatly appreciated and sent to Muhammad to share with his family.

The situation in Gaza has been incredibly dire, with many families facing overwhelming hardships. For Mohammad and his family, the past year has likely been marked by severe challenges:

Loss of Homes: Many families, including Mohammad, have lost their homes due to airstrikes and military operations, leaving them displaced and without shelter.

Food Insecurity: With the ongoing blockade and conflict, access to food has been severely limited. Many families struggle to find enough to eat, facing malnutrition and health issues.

Lack of Medical Care: Hospitals have been overwhelmed or damaged, making it difficult for families to access necessary medical care, especially for chronic conditions or injuries, of life or death.

Loss of loved ones: Tragically, many families have lost relatives and friends to the violence, leading to deep emotional scars and a sense of loss. The constant threat of violence and loss can lead to profound psychological effects, especially on children, who may experience fear, anxiety, and grief.

Economic Hardship: Prices in Gaza for produce/food and basic necessities have more than quadrupled and with the loss of jobs Mohammad and his family struggle to keep up with the exaggerated prices of anything they purchase, with the little they have.

These hardships create a cycle of suffering that can be difficult to escape, leaving families like Mohammad's in a state of despair and uncertainty. His family truly depend on your donations, all proceeds are given to the family directly. Thank you!!

The mission for this GoFundMe is to assist a Gazan family currently displaced in Khan Younis. All family members are displaced, without work or any source of income, as their homes and job sites have all been destroyed. The funds for this campaign will assist the family with daily essentials that include food, water, medicine and basic necessities for daily survival in the Gaza strip. The family consists of Muhammad, his wife and three children, Qasim, his wife and three children, Omar his wife and two children, Mahmoud, Raja and Ali. All funds will be given to the family directly.
