Urgent Medical Help for Binx the Cat

Binx is a 3 1/2-year-old male cat. He loves everyone he meets and is the most loyal, affectionate cat I've ever had. He got ahold of a string and is now in need of emergency medical treatment. The string may be wrapped around his intestines and causing a blockage. I am unable to pay for this surgery as it's really expensive. Any and all help to save my baby boy is appreciated.
