Help My Family

Hi, my name is Christal Clay. I live in Jacksonville, FL, and I live with my 5-year-old granddaughter and her mom. I love Jacksonville and I love my family. These past couple of months have been very hard on us. I am disabled, and I receive checks every month.

My daughter Cierra has a lot of health issues, such as congestive heart failure, sciatica nerve pain, and blood clots in both her legs. She has been in and out of the hospital because of the pain and has been missing work. My wonderful granddaughter just started kindergarten, and she absolutely loves it.

I'm here setting up this GoFundMe to help us pay our rent so we don't get evicted. This is my last option because 211 United Way is unable to help. The organization they provided has not returned my call. I am praying that we will get the help that we need because I can't bear to move again.
