Sal and Doc were our bassets from the same litter. Doc was diagnosed with lymphoma last year and passed away on 11/19/24 after losing the battle despite being on oral chemo. Sal was recently diagnosed with lymphoma and leukemia on 8/4/25. He had two rounds of oral chemo but he experienced side effects from the medication and his lymph nodes were still getting larger. His oncologist discontinued the chemo on 8/28/25 and he went over the rainbow bridge on 9/4/25.

We are so heartbroken over losing both of them so closely together.
