Support Jessica's Recovery and Mary's Funeral Expenses

Hello friends, family, and kind strangers,

I am reaching out to you today with an open heart to ask for your support. My name is Ashley, and I am creating this to help Jessica, her siblings and family.

Two weeks ago, Jessica, while caring for her plants, fell off her stool and broke her leg. She broke parts of her tibia, fibula and fractured her tibial plateau in two spots. The doctors were able to piece everything back together with two plates and approximately 15 screws. For those of you that know and love her, this is a devastating situation as she is recliner bound without income for weeks to come.

As I gained permission to launch this, it was intended to shed light on what this family is going through and an understanding of what this GoFundMe is intended for. While settling in at home, getting into a routine, her mother, Mary, who was diagnosed with stage four lung cancer a few months ago, could not breathe and was taken to the hospital. Mary's four children, Jessica, Amber, Nate, and Jake gathered together in Ann Arbor to be with their mom as she was put on oxygen and evaluated. However, with the deepest regards, their mother passed away.

I write this because this family has been through death, broken bones and the bills that will continue to accumulate. With the help of this outreach, Cash App, in person love and generosity, we hope to ease the financial stress of all the circumstances they have endured.
