Ink & Soul Magazine is an independent, Black-owned, woman-owned, veteran-owned publication built with intention, care, and community at its center. We create space for thoughtful storytelling, cultural reflection, and creative lineage—work that values depth over speed and people over algorithms.

As founders, we’ve poured ourselves into every issue—editing late into the night, handling production, coordinating contributors, and doing the invisible work that keeps the magazine moving forward. There are only two of us behind Ink & Soul, and while we believe deeply in this work, we also know that sustainability requires shared support.

Ink & Soul is not backed by a major publisher or corporate sponsor. Every issue is made through community support, collaboration, and countless behind-the-scenes hours. Supporting this campaign means investing in independent Black publishing, ethical creative labor, and a small, artist-led team committed to doing this work well.
