Support for Nikki's Rescue Cat's Vet Visit

Hi!

My name’s Nikki and I am trying to raise some vet funds for our little friend here. This guy and I first met at work, he appeared out of nowhere one day and we noticed after a few weeks he kept coming around. He was absolutely craving some pets from us. Our work building is in the city of Rochester on a very busy road and many of us felt horrible leaving every day watching as he sat there in the parking lot as we drove away. He would even sit in the rain waiting for us to come back…(so sad I know!)

The day I decided to make a move for him, I pulled into work and he was sitting outside of our front entrance, just waiting for me to come up to him. My heart melted and from that point I said let’s find you a home. We have collectively posted to local social media pages and even put a collar on him with a note to see if his owner would claim him but no luck.

Fast forward to today as I write this, he is safe and sound in a foster home, with 2 other cats and a small dog. He has been nothing short of an absolute delight. He naps with the cats, he’s social and loves attention. This boy was likely abandoned by his owners or somehow got lost and couldn’t find his way back.

I am looking to raise a few hundred dollars to help cover his vet appointment coming up in mid September. He will get an exam, testing and hopefully checked for anything he may have picked up while living on the street.
