Help Bring Clean Water to Yeboakrom, Ghana
Imagine living in a village without clean water, electricity, a school, or toilets. This is the harsh reality for over 1,000 residents in Yeboakrom, a small village in the Offinso North District, Ashanti Region, Ghana. But together, we can change this.
The Problem
In Yeboakrom, families, especially women and children, spend hours daily walking miles to fetch water from unsafe sources. This exposes them to waterborne diseases and robs children of precious time they could spend in school. The lack of basic human needs, like sanitation and electricity, has left this community trapped in a cycle of poverty.
Our Mission
Global Aid Partners (GAP), a non-profit organization recently vetted and approved by the IRS as a 501(c)(3), is on a mission to change lives. Our first project is constructing four boreholes in Yeboakrom to provide sustainable access to clean water. This simple yet powerful act will:
- Reduce waterborne illnesses.
- Free up time for children to focus on education.
- Empower the community to thrive.
Why It Matters
Access to clean water is a fundamental human right. Yet, more than 700 million people globally still lack access to safe drinking water. In Ghana, only 50% of people in rural areas have access to sustainable clean water sources. We believe Yeboakrom deserves better.

- $50 can fund supplies for a borehole project.
Our Goal
We aim to raise $25,000 to fund four boreholes' drilling, installation, and maintenance. These funds will cover:
- Community needs assessment.
- Professional drilling and pump installation.
- Training for local caretakers to maintain the boreholes.
