I am so grateful to share that my brother was able to come home today after his accident. This is such a huge step in his recovery, and we are beyond thankful for all the prayers, love, and support that have gotten him this far. ❤️
While we are celebrating this milestone, he still has a long journey ahead with healing, follow-up care, and ongoing expenses. Any donations, big or small, are still deeply appreciated as they will continue to help with his recovery process.
Thank you all so much for standing by him through this—we couldn’t do it without you.
Update: 8/23/25
We spoke to the doctor this morning and they said no weight baring on his hips and will be in a wheelchair for 2 months minimum ; starting PT today.
We have to figure out a way to build a ramp to get him in and out of the house.Because of his right side clavicle broken he cant move it at all and with his left shoulder dislocated; he is not able to have full mobility. I will keep updating as we hear more.
My baby brother Blake Boyd was in a motorcycle accident on August 21st. A van turned left across his lane of traffic with no indication and he ran into it head first. Asking for support with medical and transportation as the bike is totaled and he’s currently in the hospital. Total injuries include:
right clavical broken
right hip dislocated
left shoulder dislocated
right hip socket fractured
right femur head fractured
broken ribs
bruised lungs
impact damage
Anything possible will help as we don't know how long he will be out of work and will need help getting back on his feet.
