Hello, my name is Yobani. My family and I are raising funds to help pay for my father’s bond and legal expenses. He is currently being detained in El Paso, Texas.

A little about my father: he is a hardworking, family-oriented man who has lived in the United States for over 20 years. He first came here at the age of 12 to help provide for his family back in Guatemala, and ever since, he has continued to support both them and us here in the U.S.

My father has always encouraged us to serve our community and country. I have two sisters currently serving in the United States Marine Corps, and I am preparing to join the United States Air Force. He has been our biggest supporter in pursuing these paths.

Any assistance you can provide toward my father’s bond and legal fees would mean the world to us. Your generosity will help us reunite our family and give my father the chance to continue being the strong, supportive presence he has always been.
