Smokey’s Cruciate Surgery

Hello… it’s us again the giant goofball has managed to tear his cruciate in his back leg and he needs pretty urgent surgery! Thankfully he is still covered by his insurance which will cover most of the cost (£4,000), but the excess means we’ve got to front £1,000 (again) ((thanks Smokey xxx))

His dental surgery from mistreatment of previous owners has been postponed as fixing his leg is a priority. He’s in so much pain at the moment, I can tell it’s causing him even more bother than his last leg injury - that we are so grateful for all of your help with!

His surgery is booked in with the specialists at Blythman in Gosforth on September 3rd. I’ll be taking a loan to cover the upfront cost as he’s in so much pain I can’t let him wait until I’ve managed to get the funds myself so any contributions here will go towards paying that off. I appreciate it’s been so soon since we last called out for help - but recently my big man quite literally saved my life and I owe it to him to keep him safe, comfortable and stable.
