Simeone aka Teezy

Hi I am fundraising for this kind hearted gentleman by the name of Simeone Patterson. He died at Whitechapel hospital on the 29th of November (cause still unknown to the coroners office) causing great heartache to his family and all who knew him. Simeone raised so much attention to the sickle cause, with it being so close to his heart, wanted it to be more widely known. Simeone would do so much to help others even when he may not of been feeling his best self and for these reasons and so many others, his passing has touched so many. The money is too help his family with the costs towards the headstone. Please lend a helping hand.
