Scam Loss and Car Trouble

My girlfriend Glory has been scammed out of all of the money in her accounts and more. She now owes about $5,000 which was used to purchase gift cards with her credit card. Additionally, her car is not functioning and could have potentially serious problems. She cannot make money from her jobs without a car to get there. Anything will help, even a few dollars. Even this goal is just to get her back to ground zero.
