Save the North Bay Channel

Hey Neighbors, Fishermen, and Boaters,

The channel between the Wolf lake and the north bay (turtle bay) has been steadily closing for several years now. We have secured the proper permit from the state to dredge the channel with the aim to have the work done before the ice comes this winter. Total cost will be roughly $11,500. We are hoping that not only those who use the lake, but any community members who feel moved to help us will contribute to the necessary work ahead. If we all pitch in, the channel will be open to all, without needing to push boats through. Any funds exceeding our goal will be put toward additional improvements.
