Help raising money for a reliable vehicle for my brother

My brother was involved in a road rage accident where his only vehicle was damaged beyond prepare. This was his only means of transportation and how he made money by working out of his van. The incident happened last week and was all over the news. He was a target of road rage and was rammed several times in and outside of his van with 3 kids in the car. He was then left with the only choice of shooting at the guy to get him to stop, I’m just trying to help him get back on his feet so he can get back to work. Any help is very appreciated. He doesn’t need a new car but he does need something reliable.
