We are fundraising on behalf of the UCC Canoe Club as we take on a sunrise to sunset paddle in support of RAG (Raise and Give) the student-led charity initiative at University College Cork.

From the first light of morning to the final glow of evening, our members will be continuously on the water, paddling throughout the day to raise vital funds for this year’s chosen charities. This challenge will test our endurance, teamwork and determination, but we are proud to push ourselves for a cause that makes a real and lasting impact.

Our day will start with a Long Distance paddle, then followed by a river clean bioblitz, then a 'Come and Try' introductory session, then followed by a weir and sluice safety session, then a quiet hour, then a freestyle & vibes chill session and then finally one big polo session!

RAG supports a range of incredible charities locally, nationally and internationally, and every euro raised goes towards helping communities and individuals who need it most. As a club, we believe in using our passion for paddling to give back and contribute to something bigger than ourselves.
