Prayers and Support for Leticia's Health

Please Pray for Leticia

Many of you know Leticia—and even if you don’t, there’s a good chance she has prayed for you at some point. Leticia is a faithful prayer warrior, a mighty woman of God, and a selfless servant to her family, friends, church, and community. She gives all she has to those around her, always with love and grace.

Right now, Leticia is potentially facing breast cancer. Two tumors were recently discovered, one of them large. Because she was denied Medi-Cal due to income eligibility and was also turned away by Covered California, she has been unable to access the full medical care she desperately needs. She had no choice but to seek treatment at a surgery center with a general surgeon. The general surgeon removed the tumors last week. Unfortunately, she still has to wait another week for the results—and she is still without specialized care from an oncologist.

Leticia does not have health insurance, sick leave, or access to disability support. She is currently off work for four weeks without any income. Through all of this, she continues to lean on her faith, trusting in God’s healing power.

We are praying—and believing—for good news, and that Leticia will be declared cancer-free. But right now, she and her family need our help.
