Please help Leo get the treatment he needs

Hi this is Leo, he was beaten senselessly while looking for food and his attackers left him with both hind legs broken and a fractured spine. A kind man Milly has been looking after him in Uganda but doesn’t have the money to get Leo a cast for his injuries.
