Hello family and friends,

It saddens my heart to return here to ask for help yet again. As many know, we lost my brother Jorge A. Vega Jr in December. This last year has truly been a challenge for my mother who was battling cancer. After my brothers passing, my mom’s health took a steep nose dive, bringing to our attention that we did not have much time left with her. We were given a prognosis or a few weeks to a few months left, sadly, we only had less than a month to enjoy her time home on hospice, taking care of her day in and day out. I ask that if you can spare anything, my family greatly appreciates your help in this most difficult time.

I would like to take a moment to thank everyone who has come here to donate and share this heavy heart with us, it truly means the world to see how much people cared for her and for our family! Thank you so much again, I pray many blessings onto everyone who comes across this page.

service will be held for one day only, Monday March 10th at 8-10am at Alvarez Funeral home in Newark NJ, and proceeding to The Blessed Sacrament Cathedral for service at 11am. Please join us in laying our mother to rest. Please pray for my family as this has been the toughest last few months since burying my brother in December.
